Zoe is a Health and Care Professions Council registered Forensic Practitioner Psychologist and a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Zoe has worked in secure psychiatric hospitals in the UK as well as working in private practice.

Specializations (i.e., ADHD, substance use):

Zoe specialises in trauma therapy. She is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and has extensive experience of delivering individual and group DBT treatment. Zoe is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and has utilised this therapy in both inpatient and community settings.

Adults/older adolescents with a wide variety of mental health problems including trauma/PTSD, personality disorder, self-harm, eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, phobias, and depression.
